Lazy Days [Open]

There was nothing better than a sunbeam, Hiyan knew that for certain. On his back and stretched out across one of the many benches courtyard, he was in total bliss as he soaked up the warmth of the rays. The days had been chilly recently but with spring just around the corner, the days were getting warmer which meant it was easier to sunbath outside without worrying about silly things like the cold...And it also meant that he could relax without being in his cat form - not that there was anything wrong with that, it was just rude to be awaken from his cat naps by passing students who couldn't help but rub his fluffy stomach. And so Hiyan's eyes were closed in bliss as one leg hung off of the bench, kicking back and forth slightly as a the only motion that revealed he was conscious and hadn't drifted off.

Hiyan's eyes promptly flickered open as something bumped into him, quickly narrowing for all but a second before he realized that the fellow student hadn't meant to do so. With that realization, his expression shifted to a more peaceful one as he stretched out - much like a cat - with a giant yawn. "What, no rest for the wearily?" he hummed playful, no ill-will in his words at all although he kept a watchful eye trained on the student. "What does it take for one to enjoy a nice sun spot in peace?"

"But the courtyard holds all the best sunning spots," Hiyan whined, although in a playful manner as he sat upright to properly take in the student. "Pleasure you meet you, Trystane. I'm Hiyan Felis..." he paused, turning his attention on the cat that happened to be in the courtyard. His eyes sparkled, always excited to see his feline 'brethren' around the school. "Ah, well that is understandable. Cats are good models, aren't they? Such grace on their lithe paws, sharing in the wisdom that lying in the sun is the best way to past the days."
