Brief Description of Gifts:
Shockwave Manipulation -The ability to generate shockwaves. Dutch holds the ability to create powerful shockwaves with a touch. The harder he strikes a surface, the more powerful the shockwave but the type of medium does effect the power of his shockwave. He has an easier time creating a stronger shockwave with hard surfaces like rock but his power is dampened by softer, looser materials like water or sand.

As more power and skill are gained, this ‘con’ would start to disappear as he will gain the ability to change how his shockwaves would affect the medium (such as learning how to create tidal waves in water instead of the shockwave just fizzling out as it currently does.)

Notes:

Despite his look and the attitude he tends to give off, Dutch is in fact not a ‘dumb jock’ but is in fact brilliant - but simply allows others to be fooled so he can surprise them when it counts.
