Electric Manipulation - Cailin can generate, absorb, and control electricity. Can use magnetism to manipulate, levitate, throw, or destroy metal objects, or cling to ferrous surfaces. When her gift is active, her skin becomes covered in a weak electric field, and a touch could transfer as much as 50,000 volts. Generates abnormal body heat, and her presence can interfere with radios, cell phone signals, lights, recordings, and other electronics.
Notes:
- Cailin is one of several artificially created children made under Agrona's personal instruction.
- Her gift's potential is boosted to unnatural levels, but her body's poor construction leaves her frail and sickly.
- She is not fully aware of the true nature of her birth. Her father has raised her on the story that her mother died when she was a baby.
- Over-use of her power carries significant risk of injury or death. Pushing past her limits starts with internal trauma (prefaced with heavy nosebleeds) and leads up to burns and then explosive backfires.
