"Kiseise very eagerly follows the voice and joins the others with his usual air of generally being clueless." Revere said, reaching out for what was steadily becoming his lucky-streak die. "Bummer, that's just a five. He's going to start talking about how outrageous it is that the bar doesn't serve tea instead."

Shepard made a note as each person rolled, looking quite impressed as Joanna shouted her excitement. "The first natural twenty of our campaign goes to Joanna. Nice roll~" He then nodded as their resident orc rolled a fifteen, and the halfling a modified nineteen. However, the blond looked highly amused as the rest of the group's rolls. "A modified one? Unluckyy." Shepard shook his head, blue eyes reading over his notes once more.

"Okay, Kiseise, Aideen, and..." Shepard glanced down at the notes. "Ah, Alek who just missed the AC. You all hear whispers, but no matter how you strain, Aideen especially, you focus on the warm feeling. You can't place what it feels like, and you are entranced by it. Alek you notice Anierin, Aargin, and Alli react to something, but you don't know what."

"You three hear the voice from your dreams, the child's voice speaking to you in a whisper.""You are all here! Please, deliver it. All of you must go to Icopool. Travelers, I beg you..." Shepard clears his throat, not comfortable with the pitch of a child's voice. "The voice fades, and the sensation on the backs of your hand vanish. However, Alli you hear something just as the voice fades.""...I swear you will find them if you take the ring. I swear...""It seems like the boy's voice was directed toward you Alli, but none of the others seemed to have heard."

Satisfied with his advancement in the plot, the blond reached for a pinwheel sandwich, happy for a small break. "As you look around, you see others of various races, genders, and classes. What do you look like to the group?"

Joanna held out her hand, staring at the back of her palm again as the so-called whispers reached her ears, eyes widening in surprise. Allannia gave an audible gasp. "Wow, well, okay... So, I'm a... half-elf." She moved her heads up to her point ears. "I have red hair and braids above my bangs, with golden threads woven in. I have fresh flowers I found like - pinned up above my ears. I have white and gold robes, they're kind if flowy, but they're sort of proper and old school, you know? There's lots of books and pouches and trinkets strapped to my waist. I have some nice geek boots and a long, golden spear strapped to my back." She paused, grinning at the rest of the table. "And I'm, you know, looking around at everyone else. Like, I'm not the only one who heard that... right?"

Oliver smirked. "Ayy half-elf buddies. Alek is, obviously, a half-elf. He's very short, only coming to be about 5'5" (though he claims to be 5'6"). He has shaggy brown hair and bright blue eyes, but most of his facial features are usually obscured by the hood of his mottled-gray cloak that he's always seen wearing. If someone took a close look at his eyes, they would notice how they are never stopping on any one thing for too long. He also as pointed ears; the only indicator of his elvish heritage. Uh, the clothing he wears underneath the cloak is simple," he said, getting just a little too into describing Alek. He cleared his throat. "Anyways, Alek is going to strain his ears to try and decipher the whispers before sighing and giving up. If he drank, he'd definitely want one right now. Today has not been his day so far."

"Pfft. Well, Kiseise is a normal human, if you can call anything about him normal. His hair is a ginger mess, with two short pig-tails. And he's only wearing a very battered cloak. And pants, should've mentioned that." Revere ventured next, re-evaluating all of the choices he made when designing his character. "He doesn't seem bothered by everybody else's reactions to hearing the whispers - instead he turns to his new best friend, Aargin." "What's your favorite kind of tea?"

"Right, so, when Aargin- when I hear the voice, I just kind of sigh and take a long sip of my ale. I've kind of accepted the fact that I'm being roped into this group. But I've never been one to turn down a good time so." Shrugging nonchalantly, Eliza leans back in her chair before going on. "I'm a half-orc woman, 6 feet tall - pretty short compared to some of my brethren. My jaw kind of juts out a little, and two fangs are visible, but I totally work it. I've also got lilac skin and amber eyes, and short, messy black hair with a sick ass undercut. And of course, there's a scatter of scars across my body, from all the messy fights I've been in. But you could've probably guessed that from my actions already. When Kiseisie turns to me, I kind of raise my eyebrow, and say, 'Does this kind count?' She jesters with my mug. I won't admit it, but I consider this guy to be... entertaining enough not to kill... anymore."
