A Time-Skipper, was one of the few who managed to find a time-traveler to jump with. Hates themselves for abandoning the school and their family like that, but had no training in their gift or fighting yet and so they picked flight over fight.
Sam holds the ability to grant themselves quick bursts of speed, allowing them to move short distances at incredible speeds. This power is limited by distance, being restricted in length of how far they can move. Even at the mastery of their gift, the distances of how far they could move wouldn't be very much. And while at the moment simple hops drain them, as they grow into their power they would be able to 'hop' around, linking their bursts of speed to cover large distances but at the risk of seriously draining them or even harming themselves. At a high enough mastery, they would be able to link their ‘hops’ around fast enough to rival a proper speedster’s speed but has none of the finer control over what could be done in that period like her extended family.
