ACCELERATED PERCEPTION - The power to perceive everything at an accelerated rate.
Charlie's mind and senses process information at such speeds that time appears to have slowed down, allowing him to perceive what would normally be moving too fast to see and respond accordingly.
Charlie is barely able to control his gift and suffers from sudden activations at random times during the day. While his gift is active, he is able to see everything as if it were in slow motion. In turn, his reactions and movements seem inhumanly fast to those looking at him while he is using his gift.
Notes:
- Charlie's life is mostly mundane, minus the random gift outbursts
