Elaine can infuse objects (usually a weapon) or beings with solar energy/substances, empowering and energizing them and allowing herself and others to manipulate their qualities and efficiency and use solar energy in various ways to attack.
Elaine is very excessive with her gift, using it for something as mundane as heating up her cold coffee, or something as extreme as burning someone's face. Despite her smooth control over the intensity of solar energy she imbues, her attitude can cause problems when it comes to her gift.
