The Fancier Who Flew Under The Radar (Open to all Suspects)

With Cupid's arrow thoroughly removed, Ethelthryth's mind still racked over her Valentine. She had a few theories and suspects on the matter, but nothing concrete. Acquiring more information on the matter would whittle down her pool of suspects making sure no embarrassing encounters would ensue by a mistake on her part. Marching down the hall with gift in tow, she was determined to get an answer, and who better to ask than the source of the message that infected her mind.

Moving on instinct towards the student council office as she continued to think on who could've sent the gift and why. Snapping out of her almost trance like state upon coming face to face with the door to the student council. the Small Arachne knock and awaited a response on the opposing end before entering. She once entertained the thought of running for student council, but with her family responsibilities, she would not have the time to properly meet even the basic requirements of a student council member.

When one of the council members opened the door to great her, Ethelthryth would stand at attention. " Ethelthryth Arachne, I'm here today with a query as to the sender of my valentine day message. I do not believe it is an issue of mistaken identity, but I would like to know the identity of the sender". It was not as if she disliked the message and gift. However, a mix of curiosity and guilt fueled her desire to locate the sender and give them something of equal value. As receiving something without earning it tugged at her CMF upbringing.

No words reached June's ears. No sound of the door reached June's ears.

As the girl stood on a step stool, the wall shook as the door opened. Blinking, the student lowered her hands from the heart-shaped cutouts that adorned the walls. Someone who she had never seen before stepped in, rigid. Pursing her lips, the girl took her time getting down off the ladder. Once her nervous feet were safe on the ground, she spun to face the other girl, hands held close to her chest.

'Are you okay?' She asked, hands moving in hopes the other girl knew sign language. Though, knowing most could not, she tried her hand at saying the words too. Though they sounded more like baby gabber than anything. Once she was done, the shaking hands folded behind her back, watching the girl's lips carefully. She had a feeling she missed something the girl had to say before.

Ethelthryth paused to reevaluate her approach as a timid strawberry blond girl approached her. Finding it odd that she came across another timid member of the student body either showed that the academy was not properly preparing the students or she had some sort of natural affinity for attracting her more sheepish senors. As the girl spoke and sighed, Ethelthryth remained neutral even though the irony of the shaking girl asking another if they were okay was not lost on the Arachne.

Slowly placing her valentines gift down, the small Arachne treated her current company as if she was a deer ready to flee at any moment. Spreading out her hand and tapping her chest with her thump to signify that she was fine. but then pointing to the timid girl following a circling thumbs up to ask if she was okay? While she wanted to directly ask about who had sent her the valentines her current company looked to be in no shape to answer anything.
