Brief Description of Gifts: Sickening Aura -Any living being within a five foot radius of the user, including the user, experiences a similar sensation of illness - flowers slowly wilt, and animals and humans are affected in a number of ways, including fevers, disorientation, nausea, light-headedness, etc. Long time exposure to the aura has been known to have severe consequences, lethal to anybody but the user themselves.
Notes:
- Elijah is sickly and tired most of the time, and he rarely goes to class, instead taking care to read the notes of anybody kind enough to provide them for him.
- The school staff has many reasons to believe that the untimely deaths of both Victoria Clarke (a few days after Elijah was born), and Nelson Clarke (older brother, when Eijah was just thirteen) were caused by long time exposure to the boy's gift.
- Elijah has been disowned by his father and the two do not keep in touch.
- Elijah carries around a cane on the rare occasion that he leaves his room, to help steady himself.
